Notes: Featuring two of my ponies from PI. Here, Mithras (the black one) battles with Otsak (the green dragon) using his shadowmagic.

I created this work with the intention of referencing the Mithratic Mysteries. A mysterious religeion formed in Rome, at around the same time that Christianity was formed. Not much is known about the religeon, though there have been many sculptures depicting Mithras batteling a bull. I use those sculptures as compositional reference for this work.
